Beta Release

The business valuation calculator provides a rough estimate of the valuation range that a professional buyer would place on a business.  We’ve also taken our business valuation tool a step further and added features to help business owners calculate their sale proceeds or post-capital raise ownership.

ROND’s business valuation calculator is currently in Beta release.  We are excited to start helping the business community make more informed decisions around capital raising and M&A with this valuable tool.  Our calculations will continue to be refined over time as more data is incorporated into the model.

This business valuation tool is based off a valuation multiple method.  Based on your answers to a few questions regarding the company’s business model, the tool will assign an estimated multiple range.  You can then input your company’s information to calculate valuation.

Business owners who want an estimated business valuation range.

Investors and business buyers who want a quick tool to help estimate fair market value for a company.

This tool does not reflect estimated valuation for businesses that cannot be valued off of revenue / EBITDA multiples.

This is not a guaranteed valuation for your business. Business valuations can fluctuate wildly between different industries, company performance, and other factors.  We recommend you consult a professional advisor to get a valuation that is customized for your unique business before making investment decisions.

This is not an offer from ROND Capital to purchase or invest in your business.

We are always refining this tool.  V2 of our business valuation tool is coming soon and will incorporate industry-specific valuation multiples.

We are trying to make this the best valuation tool online.  If you have any feedback, questions, or product feature suggestions, we would love to hear from you.  Contact us here.
